2. The Fashion Tai Tai tells you her Terms and Conditions

  1. Users of Fashion Tai Tai’s services is deemed to have read ,understood and accepted my Terms and Conditions.
  2. Fashion Tai Tai reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at anytime, without prior notice.
  3. All prices listed on Fashion Tai Tai’s site, www.fashiontaitai.com , is in SINGAPORE DOLLARS only.
  4. Fashion Tai Tai likes to give out discounts, but in the event that the price is listed wrongly, Fashion Tai Tai reserves the right to void the transaction.
  5. Fashion Tai Tai takes great pain to bring the most accurate visual representation to you. However, the delivered product may differ in outlook. Fashion Tai Tai will not entertain refund requests for problems of this nature.
  6. All orders are subjected to availability of stock.
  7. Fashion Tai Tai will give her customers the estimated time of arrival for their orders after payment is received.
  8. Fashion Tai Tai insists that there will be no amendment nor cancellation of orders after payment is received.
  9. Fashion Tai Tai will put up her items for sale again if no payment is received 2 days after a payment request is sent to her customer.
  10. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct, because Fashion Tai Tai will not bear the cost if a delivery is made to a wrong address given by her customers.
  11. Fashion Tai Tai always ensures her products are sent out in the best of conditions and thus will not entertain refund requests for damaged items.
  12. Fashion Tai Tai’s Special Assurance is a one time non-refundable fee.
  13. Fashion Tai Tai’s Special Assurance only allows exchanges of item for size difference and partial refunds.
  14. Fashion Tai Tai’s Special Assurance should be exercised immediately when her customer receives the item and is dissatisfied.
  15. Fashion Tai Tai’s Special Assurance is only valid for a week after delivery and shall be deemed as void should the returned item not reach Fashion Tai Tai’s boutique by the seventh day.
  16. Fashion Tai Tai’s Special Assurrance does not include postage of items and must be borne by the claimant.
  17. Fashion Tai Tai’s Special Assurrance shall be void if the returned item or part of item has been removed, tampered, fixed, repaired, altered, modified, dismantled, washed, or the tag has been removed.
